We are a sister and brother detail-driven duo whose passion for uncovering family stories has taken us to Portugal, Canada, France, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, and throughout the United States. Both of us have completed formal training in genealogical studies at Boston University, equipping us with the skills to delve deep into family histories. Additionally, Janet is currently pursuing a Certificate in Advanced Skills in Genealogy, further honing her expertise. We take accuracy seriously. We adhere to the Board for Certification of Genealogists (BCG) Genealogical Proof Standard.
We generally work with package rates:
Tiny Tree: $150-$250. Typical product deliverables: Story format of one ancestor (example: great grandparent). Main key life events: Source information provided.
Heritage Explorer: $500. Typical product deliverables: Story format of two (2) of your ancestors (example: grandparent, great grandparent). Vital records (birth/death/marriage) records, migration, historical references, life events, translations, etc. Source information provided.
Roots Seeker: $1,000. Typical product deliverables: Story format of four (4) of your ancestors (example: grandparents, great grandparents). Vital records (birth/death/marriage) records, migration, historical references, life events, translations, etc. Source information provided.
All formats are in Google slides or Powerpoint or Canva. Note: To confirm identities and life events, it is often necessary to order documents (e.g., birth, death, marriage records) from various government agencies. Most documents cost $15-$25 each; this would be added to the package cost.
